I wanted foil invitations for my wedding, but struggled between the monotony of pre-made designs and the cost of custom traditional foil work. I reached out to Kasey and she sourced multiple vendors to get me the best price on custom foil invitations. There was no compromise in quality or service, Kasey made sure to communicate exactly what I’d be getting providing samples in our meetings together so I could see the paper colors and choices. I got so many compliments on my invitations and have passed on my recommendation to brides I know that will be needing invitations for their weddings.

Allison came to me knowing she wanted a custom suite, but not sure of a design in mind. She did know that foil was a print method she loved and wanted to showcase that as much as possible. All of the foil invitations she saw from mass production companies didn’t allow her to have foil where she wanted (mainly on her and her fiancé’s names). Together, we found she was drawn to a 20s/Gatsby era with fonts that spoke with a prestigious but not stuffy event. Drawing inspiration from posters designed in the 1920s and 1930s, I worked in line work to add visual interest and more space for her foil work. She decided to create black paper invitations with full gold foil coverage. We carried the foil to each insert card as well and it created a cohesive suite with a luxurious feel. After her invitations, Allison and I created some matching designs for hotel hang cards, gift bags for hotel guests and other pieces to carry her theme through the entire guest experience.
